Stretching & Yoga
Stretching and yoga are not simply for swamis who can fold themselves up like pretzels, or picture stars who have nothing better to do with their days.

The speed of our lives these days is crazysome would disagree destructive. Yoga supporters say that learning the art form will not make you lifeless, but more magnetic, and show you the significance of slowing down.
